We’ll even see Stardew Valley make the jump to PS4, Xbox One and Wii U later this year. Barone has already committed to multiplayer support, further expansion of the game’s relationship system and a variety of other big changes. There have been millions of sales, along with a fair amount of piracy, and promises of ongoing post-launch support from the developer. It’s been just under five months, since Stardew Valley debuted on Steam, and the game’s popularity has grown exponentially in that time. Stardew Valley is finally getting Mac and Linux support, developer Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone announced this week, but fans of the open-world country life sim will have to wait a bit longer for most of the other big features previously confirmed to be in development. ![]()
